A really great article about why eating "gluten-free" isn't necessarily healthy
Since it’s growing more and more popular every day, gluten-free products are stuffed with fat and sugar now just like the regular ones. A truly healthy gluten-free diet is mostly just vegetables and fruit, along with whatever protein you consume, and then occasionally things like quinoa and brown rice to sub for your grains.
