Hi, when I workout my heart pumps faster, I get scared and stop. What can I do so I won't get scared and stop?

No, but really, your heart is supposed to beat faster when you workout. I mean, there’s a point when it can be too fast, but it’s unlikely that you’ll hit that. You can find via Google what your healthy target heart rate for weight loss workouts is based on your age, weight, etc. An elevated heart rate is a good thing (in a workout). It means your body is working harder and thereby burning more calories.
