My name is Risa. I'm 23 years old and live in Boca Raton, Florida. I have battled with my weight since I was about 6 years old, and for the last couple years, I was finally winning the fight. But I slipped, gaining back 36lbs from my lowest weight in ages. Now I'm buckling down again to shed the weight so I can look on the outside the way I feel on the inside. I&#8217;M ALIVE! What a day! See those bandages on my fingers? I went kite flying. I love kite flying! But the wind was really strong (thanks Sandy!), so I lost control of the string for a moment and burned my fingers. But see that sticker? That sticker on mah booby? I voted today. I waited 2 hours in line, got bit up by mosquitos, and was the last one out the door before closing. But I voted. I voted for President Barack Obama. I had some trouble with turning the pages of the ballots because of the bandages, but I made it work. Early voting has begun. GET OUT AND VOTE! EVERY VOTE COUNTS!
