My name is Risa. I'm 24 years old and live in Boca Raton, Florida. I have battled with my weight since I was about 6 years old, and for the last couple years, I was finally winning the fight. But I slipped, gaining back 36lbs from my lowest weight in ages. Now I'm buckling down again to shed the weight so I can look on the outside the way I feel on the inside. But the road isn't always straight and smooth. For more information on my life-long weight loss journey, please view my first post here. This blog exists for me, to keep me on track and motivated. If you don't like personal posts or personal opinions, you took the wrong fork at Albuquerque!

So, here it is. My first progress picture for you guys. I’m really scared posting this, but I feel like I have to do it. I have to thank you all for posting your amazing progress pictures and making me believe I can do it too. Before tumblr I couldn’t imagine I could look the way I look today. I’m really excited, can’t wait how my body will look like when I reach my goals. Clean eating and exercise. I’m addicted to it. I love that burn… :D I hope my progress will give you hope, because trust me if I can do it, YOU CAN DO IT TOO! Please feel free to ask me anything. :)
Ps. I put it up again because it’s a better one… :)
3 years ago today I walked into an Anytime Fitness as a 321-pound guy hoping to lose 30 pounds that summer. 1 year later I was 110-pounds lighter and have kept it off since. It’s the one thing I’ll never feel guilty bragging about.
