Color Run Training Day 2
Walked 1.58 miles in half an hour and burned 168 calories.
If the walking route mapper I found is correct, I walked roughly 1.7 miles.
I think it was a little less, but at least I can be sure it was over a mile. Day 1 of Color Run training: complete!
Gonna spend my lunch walking in circles around the lot to try to knock out my first mile of training for the Color Run.
TTT Week 1
TTT = Team Tumblr Training!
Your Week 1 Goal, should you choose to accept, is to walk one mile three times this week. Just one little ol’ mile, three times. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Whatever you want to do. Just get it in there a few times. Feel free to exceed this marker as the goal will be doubled before you know it! Always push yourself. You can do it!!!!!!!!

Where my Color Run Orlando folks at? We’re officially 6 months out from our December 2nd race date. Sooo… time to start training!
I will be posting weekly goals in our Facebook group (message me if you want to be on our team but are not in that group so I can give you the link) and on here to keep us on track. Please continue with your own training and feel free to exceed the goals listed weekly. We’re all starting at different levels, so meeting the goals will be easier for some than it is for others, and that’s perfectly fine.
There’s now a section in my sidebar called “Team Tumblr Training” that will feature all of these posts, and you can always come to me and the rest of the team if you need some help. We are going to rock this Color Run!
